The Vancouver Police Department produced a great video highlighting our tug of war event that kicked off Inner City Kids Week (ICKW) last Monday. We really appreciate the wonderful support and enthusiasm the Vancouver Police Department give to this occasion. The tug of war event is about raising awareness surrounding the issues of child poverty and judging from the number of media outlets who attended on Monday it will only get bigger. There is already a rumour going around that next year the VPD may challenge a certain city department (who put out fires) to a tug of war. Stay tuned.
