1. Sale of Game tickets
Entries for the Game (each, a “Ticket”) are available for purchase:
- from directors of CLICK;
- from some members of Tennis BC; and
- in-person during the Odlum Brown Vancouver Open Tennis Tournament.

A total of 2,000 Tickets are available, at a price of CAD $10 each.
As a condition of purchase, each Ticket purchaser consents to the use of their name and likeness by CLICK, in connection with winning any Prize under the Game.
Ticket purchasers must be at least 13 years of age.
Tickets may only be purchased in British Columbia. If a resident of British Columbia is outside British Columbia, they may not purchase a Ticket. A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a Ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the Ticket is issued at that time. Tickets will not be distributed to, emailed, mailed or otherwise sent to a non-resident’s address in British Columbia. Any non-resident winner of a Prize is responsible for all expenses associated with delivery of Prize, if delivery is outside British Columbia.
CLICK may refuse to sell a Ticket to any individual for any reason.
All sales are final.
The price of Tickets is not deductible as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada.
2. Prizes; Odds of winning
Three prizes will be awarded in respect of the Game (the “Prizes”, and each, a “Prize”). The cumulative retail value of the Prizes is CAD $16,200, as advised by our supplier.
The odds of winning are 1 in 2,000 or better to win any Prize under the Game.
If a Prize is unavailable, as determined by CLICK in its sole discretion, CLICK may substitute the fair market value of the Prize.
Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed within six months of the Draw Date.
3. Awarding of Prizes; Notification of winner
No Ticket will be sold after 2:00 pm on August 18, 2019. Only Tickets that have been paid in full prior to that time are eligible to win any Prize. The draw for Prizes will be held by CLICK on or about 4:00 pm, August 18, 2019 (the “Draw Date”). Each Ticket drawn is not re-entered for subsequent prize drawings.
CLICK will notify a winning Ticket-holder by email, phone, or mail. CLICK is not responsible for awarding any Prize in respect of any illegible Ticket.
Winner Ticket-holder names will be published on the CLICK website (www.clicktokids.ca) and may be published on the Odlum Brown VanOpen website (www.vanopen.com).
4. Other information
The liability of CLICK in connection with the Game is limited to the price paid for one Ticket. The records of CLICK are determinative and final in respect of the Game.
