Three CLICK board members — Annie Ehman, Brenda Penton and Mike Evans — visited Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House last Thursday to take in Winter Wonderland, an event put on by the Mount Pleasant Family Centre Society and the Neighbourhood House. Thursday's visitors were children and families from the Family Centre; refugee families were invited on the Friday.

There were plenty of kids on hand to visit Santa, enjoy stilt walkers and Dawn Dreams with her crystal balls, make crafts and decorate cookies. Every room in the house was decked out for Christmas, including one dressed with old Woodward's window props that had the preschoolers enthralled, and a crowd of elves completing the festive atmosphere.

CLICK was glad to provide a grant for goody bags for every child who attended.
