The Vancouver Police Department produced a great video of the tug of war that kicked off Inner City Kids Week last Monday. We really appreciate the support and enthusiasm the VPD bring to this event.

The tug of war is about raising awareness of child poverty, and judging by the number of media outlets that turned up on Monday, it will only get bigger. There is already a rumour going around that next year the VPD may challenge a certain city department — the one that puts out fires — to a pull of their own. Stay tuned.
